MLS Teachers Training
This last Saturday we had a training, it was given to us by Civil Defense. In this training they taught us the different types of fire, and what to do in case of an emergency, as well as the types of extinguishers that exist, and that not only with a type of extinguisher we can put away a fire.
We learned how long we have to wait before we call the fire department, in case we couldn’t put away the fire ourselves. We did a practice of how to put away a fire, it was very interesting.
They also taught us how to treat an hemorrhage or any case of emergency that we could possibly have, like a bang or a suffocation by any object that is blocking the respiratory tract, as well as how to perform CPR, as in children and adults too.
We have this trainings annually , but as we have told you before, we constantly do drills with the children, so they can be informed of what to do in case of an accident or an emergency.
今年も消防署から講師を招き、火災と救急に関する職員研修を行いました。火災時の対応方法を座学で学んだ後、実際に火をつけた練習装置に向かって消火器で火を消す訓練を行いました。練習用のものだと分かっていても、実際に激しく燃え上がる火を前にすると足がすくんでしまうものです。座学で確認した手順で消火を完了することができました。
次に、幼稚園で起こる可能性のあるけがや病気についての応急処置、心肺蘇生法と気道異物除去の手順について確認しました。
毎年研修を行うことで、もしものことがあったときに落ち着いて対応できるので、研修を繰り返し行って行きたいと思います。
El Sábado pasado tuvimos una capacitación por parte de Protección Civil.
En ella nos enseñaron acerca de los tipos de fuego, y que hacer en caso de alguna emergencia, así como también los diversos tipos de extintores que hay, y que no solamente con un solo tipo de extintor se puede apagar un fuego.
Cuanto tiempo debe transcurrir para llamar a los bomberos, en caso de que uno no pueda apagar el fuego. Realizamos una práctica de como apagar el fuego, fue muy interesante.
También nos enseñaron como tratar una hemorragia o cualquier tipo de emergencia que se pueda dar, golpe o tipo de asfixia por algún objeto que esté obstruyendo las vías respiratorias; así como también nos enseñaron a dar RCP, tanto en niños como en adultos.
Estas capacitaciones las tenemos anualmente, pero como les hemos comentado, también hacemos simulacros constantemente con los niños, para que ellos también estén informados y sepan que hacer en caso de algún tipo de accidente.
